JajaBet strictly enforces its age verification policy. Under 18 years of age No individual may use this platform.

The following individuals are not eligible to use JajaBet:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• JajaBet employees and their immediate family members
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed or suspended
• Individuals under self-exclusion

All financial transactions on jajabet are processed through fully secure, encrypted channels. We support all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day
• Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal

Jajabet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The welcome bonus is applicable once only — on your first deposit
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonus funds will be transferred to your main balance only after the rollover requirement is met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• JajaBet reserves the right to void bonuses if unusual betting patterns are detected

How rollovers work:

A 5x rollover means — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳5,000 in bets. Both winning and losing bets count toward the requirement. Some games may contribute less to the rollover — this will be specified in each offer's terms.

JajaBet applies specific rules to all Sports Betting and casino games. The general betting rules are outlined below:

Sports Betting:

• Minimum bet: ৳20
• Maximum bet: subject to applicable limits on specific markets
• Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled once the match has started
• Bets will be settled based on official results
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded

Live Betting:

• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed
• Any bet that fails to confirm due to a network issue will be considered void

Casino Games:

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator)
• In the event of a technical error during a game, all bets placed in that round will be voided
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage

JajaBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to abuse bonuses
• Using hacking, scraping, or automated bots
• In cases of suspected money laundering
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform

Before closing an account, JajaBet will conduct an investigation and, where necessary, give the user an opportunity to be heard. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless evidence of financial misconduct is found.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Contact our support team and the process will be completed within 48 hours.

JajaBet is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. To ensure equal opportunity for all users, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to profit across multiple platforms by placing offsetting bets to eliminate risk
• Bonus Hunting: Registering solely to claim bonuses
• Software Support: Using automated software to make betting decisions
• Collusion: Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Chargeback: Filing false chargeback claims on legitimate transactions

If such behaviour is detected, jajabet will immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation.

Jajabet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Notification will be sent to your registered email address (if provided)
• 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect

Continued use of the platform after the new Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you will have the option to close your account.
